What information we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this website: your name, email address, phone number, property postcode, project type, what stage you are at, approximate budget, intended start date, anything you write in the message box, and any files you upload such as photos, sketches or existing drawings.
When you use the builder quote appraisal form: your email address and any quote documents you upload.
When you contact us directly: whatever you choose to tell us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Automatically: our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client projects: for the duration of the project and then for 6 years afterwards, which reflects the period during which a claim could be brought and our professional indemnity insurance requirements.
- Uploaded files: deleted alongside the enquiry or project record they belong to.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, where we no longer need it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- transfer it to another provider

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Keeping your information safe
Form submissions and uploads are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored by our hosting provider. Access is limited to the people working on your project. We ask you not to send bank details or other financial information through the website.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
