You need drawings for a project you're already pricing or building. We produce them and invoice you or your client directly, with 10% off every published price.

Book a survey together with building regulations drawings and the second item is half price — trade partners take the further 10% off the total.
2. Referral partner — 10% of our fee
Your client needs more than drawings, or wants to deal with us directly. Introduce them, and if they instruct us you receive 10% of our net professional fee.
- Excludes VAT, statutory fees and disbursements such as council or building control charges
- Paid once the client has paid us, not on instruction
- No exclusivity, no minimum number of referrals
- We tell the homeowner about the arrangement, because they should know
What we produce
- Measured surveys — existing plans, elevations and sections in PDF and DWG, with a Revit model where you want one
- Planning drawings and applications — householder, prior approval and lawful development certificates, submitted and followed through with the council
- Building regulations packages — technical drawings, specification and the fire, thermal, ventilation and drainage information building control expects
- Structural engineering — calculations and details for beams, padstones, lintels, joists and foundations, coordinated with the drawings rather than bolted on
- Scope of works and tender information — when a client needs the job properly defined before it is priced

Why builders use us
One team for the whole technical side. Survey, design, planning, building regs and structures come from the same place, so the steel suits the drawings and the drawings suit the application.
We understand what you need to price. Planning drawings aren't enough to build from. When a client asks us to, we produce a scope of works so you can quote accurately and aren't carrying someone else's missing information.
We don't take your client. Referred clients are yours. We do the design and technical work, and say so.
